Boar is a World travelled home cook, as happy cooking on the biggest Webber charcoal grill, wood fired pizza oven, open fire, camper van gas ring or even occasionally in a home kitchen.
Inspiration is drawn from street food to Michelin starred dining, and the thrill of creating the same flavour pattern at home.
This site started as a place to document my recipes, and will grow as I find time to write them up.
